The Rules
Whispering Hills Property Owner's Association is governed by Bylaws and Restrictions.The Restrictions are being revised and will be posted on the web site when completed and approved by the membership.
The Restrictions have been filed with your property deed. If you did not get a copy when you closed on your property, they are filed at the Courthouse in downtown Gainesville or ask a board member, they may be able to get a copy for you if you know what section your property is located.
Each of the thirteen sections in Whispering Hills has restrictions. Please refer to them before beginning any building. They are the rules the Association has agreed to abide by.

The speed limit in Whispering Hills is 20 mph. Please watch for children, dogs, bikes and people walking. Help keep the community safe.Load Limit
To help protect our new roads, please have your contractor obey the new load limit rule, especially when hauling concrete. Half-loads of concrete only or 35,000 lbs allowed. Homeowners or the contractors they hire will be responsible for any road damage.
